Good-sized twin room, clean bedding, reasonable rate per night. Convenient location near central station, 10-15 min walk to city center or tram available. Helpful front desk staff. Intimate shower/toilet setup, but great pressure and rain water shower head. Quiet room with cool tech controls. Would stay again.

Conveniently located near the central station and plenty of restaurants. The hotel's modern and new look was excellent, and the beds and entertainment were comfortable. The staff provided great assistance and the cleanliness was perfect. The availability of bike storage and luggage lockers was an added bonus.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable - right next to the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful. And I really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, especially the big bed and the adjustable mood lighting.
There were several disappointment. the lack of room service was quite inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its superb location close to the train station. This made transportation convenient, allowing me to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the modern design of the rooms added a touch of sophistication to my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The hotel's location right next to the train station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We were able to easily hop on trains for day trips to nearby towns like Ghent and Bruges. The modern and techy vibe of the hotel was quite interesting, and the friendly staff, called "Locals," provided excellent assistance throughout our stay.
Although the hotel offered paid lockers for luggage storage, it was unfortunate that they ran out of lockers upon our arrival. It would have been helpful if we were informed about this prior to our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The prime location near the train station and city center makes it convenient for exploring. The friendly service and modern, well-furnished rooms exceeded my expectations. I loved the high-tech features like the Smart-TV and automatic blinds, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms added to the overall comfort of the stay. The presence of a library, gym, and cozy chill spots in the lobby provided extra convenience and relaxation. The cost was definitely worth the value, especially considering the 24/7 service and vegan-friendly soap provided.

The hotel had a great selection of food in their downstairs store, perfect for people who like karaoke and casinos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and great lighting options. The location was convenient, just across the street from the train station. The TV had Chromecast, allowing us to watch our favorite shows. The hotel had high-quality materials and smart designs, and there was a nice shared area in the lobby. The hotel also provided everything needed for work, including a comfortable table and internet access. The location was fantastic, situated in a calm jewelry district and within walking distance to the main pedestrian area. The hotel had a bar with champagne, a nice touch. highly recommended!
